Let's say you've come across this website, or a very wonderful person you know recommended me. Email me and tell me about your needs. I'll email right back and let you know how I can help you.

We'll communicate a bit, by email, by phone, or perhaps in person, if you're in the Albuquerque metro area. If you've got a complex project, we'll help you sort out your options.

Then I'll give you a quote and a scope of work, scaled to fit your budget, your timeline, or whatever other constraints you may have.

I charge $60/hour for everything I do, from coding to design to audio production. For new clients I charge 1/2 on approval of the design, if applicable.

Then we work together. I'll post proofs for you and submit detailed information on the progress of your job. You review the work and comment. If the budget gets tight, I'll let you know. I finish, I submit the final work, I send you a final bill. If you need training for you and/or your staff, Ellen or I will provide that, too. You're happy! You pay the bill. I'm happy!

Then...when you have questions, you can ask me. When you have changes I will take care of them, and bill you on a monthly basis. If you need ongoing consulting and strategizing, I'll be happy to work with you. I have worked with many of my clients for over a decade, helping to build their businesses.
