Eyes and babies and woman seem to have been running through Suzanne's work for as long as I can remember. What I find funny is how Suzanne in person is bright and sunny and laughs a lot, but how her work shows a strange, disturbing surreal dreaminess that still gets me.
I've known Suzanne since we were young and reckless and feckless.... We all always knew she would hit it big...and she has. Accomplished artist, promoter and supporter of the arts and purple-haired woman-about-town...she does it all, and manages to have a beautiful homelife as well (hi Rufus). Whoa.
