A6 Support is a fairly sophisticated online support ticket system aimed at professional technicians who work on particular phone systems.
The visitor/customer, after self-registering and creating a user account, starts a support ticket for pseudo-real-time documented support through a secure web-page interface. After submission of the new "ticket", the administrator sets a quote level (dollar value) on the ticket and the customer is notified that they may approve -- and pay -- the quote. As soon as the quote is approved, the administrator and any support staff assigned to the ticket are notified to assist the customer.
Both customer and support staff may post images, video and text to the ticket at any time; all appropriate notifications are sent automatically. Either the administrator or the support staf member can "close" the ticket when the customer is finished; the administrator may also re-open closed tickets and re-quote existing tickets at any time.
Payment is handled through an automatic transfer and return to PayPal -- where the customer may use a credit card or a PayPal member account to pay for the quote.
